Karl Niehaus specializes in commercial property throughout Los Angeles county having sold & leased retail, office, multifamily and land.
Graduating with a finance degree from Pepperdine University, Karl managed apartment complexes before moving into commercial real estate sales & leasing in 2004. Since 2004, Karl has specialized in retail & office property sales and leasing having represented investors in the San Fernando Valley & West Los Angeles predominantly. Through commercial property ownership and working in the family property development business, Karl services his clients from a deep understanding of real estate.

RON GOLDMAN
Vice President - Commercial Sales
Ron Goldman specializes in Los Angeles County investment real estate sales, property evaluation and the 1031 exchange process nationwide.
After receiving degrees in Law Enforcement and Business Administration, Ron successfully operated his own Commercial Transportation Companies and Memorabilia / Fundraising Companies over a thirty year period. Ron had become an expert in the authentication and verification of documents and signatures. Ron has been working with Southern California Non-Profit Organizations, assisting with their fundraising endeavors in his spare time.
Ron began his real estate career in 2007. He assists principles with repositioning their equity to improve cash flow and achieve their real estate investment goals. Ron has proven his leadership and professional work ethic in his business and personal life. Ron’s exceptional business sense and strong character make him a valuable asset to the CREI team and his clients.

CLAUDIA SOMMER
Vice President - Commercial Sales & Leasing
Ms.
Sommer began a career in real estate in her home town of Santa Barbara, CA in
1978. Ms. Sommer’s early experiences included an array of projects that
involved renovations, acquisitions, and the repositioning of residential units.
Shortly thereafter, her focus led to property development eventually becoming a
General Partner in a beach lot subdivision of multiple lots in Summerland, CA.
Additionally, Ms. Sommer was the Managing Partner in a 146-house subdivision in
Goleta, California.
Most
recently, Ms. Sommer asset managed a portfolio of retail shopping centers and office
buildings totaling over 2 million square feet of space for Westhill Management
Company and Legend Real Estate Management Company from Old Town Orange County
to Palmdale CA. From 2003 to 2006, Ms. Sommer managed a 500,000-square-foot
portfolio of retail, multifamily and office properties for Standard Management/Standard
Parking Corporation. Prior to that, she worked as a property manager at Triyar
Companies overseeing a portfolio of office buildings, a movie theatre and a
subterranean parking structure in Westwood, CA. She has successfully leased
over 300,000 SF of office, medical and retail space. Ms. Sommer’s extensive
knowledge of property management, development, leasing, and auditing enables
her to provide unparalleled service and creates added value to her clients.
Ms. Sommer
has extensive experience working with city planning groups and councils on
development and redevelopment projects. She also served as a fundraiser for
Rep. Robert Langomarsino’s 1st Congressional District election campaign and as
an Alternate during two of Rep. Langomarsino’s congressional election bids in
Santa Barbara, and she served as manager for Santa Barbara’s 3rd District
Supervisor election campaign on behalf of General James Thompson.

JACOB WINTER

Jacob has extensive experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing and constructive acquisitions.
After graduating from the University of Colorado, Jacob worked in the securities industry giving him a strong understanding of wealth creation through different vehicles. Real Property, being a strong foundation for wealth building within a diversified portfolio, became his primary business focus. Jacob has a strong understanding of demographic trends and relevant investment concepts that add value to any investor in today's market.
